Flop Labs validator application goes live as TermiX and Rialo expand points-based participation

Flop Labs, a project publicly reintroduced by BitMEX co-founder Arthur Hayes on Aug. 18 via X, describes itself as a native monetary network for the AI agent economy rather than an agent platform or a pure compute network. Hayes previously said the project has no presale, no VC backing, and a 100% fair launch model, with a large-scale airdrop planned for the fourth quarter of 2026. Rialo, developed by Subzero Labs, opened its own points system on Aug. 22 after previously announcing a $20 million seed round in August 2025 led by Pantera Capital with participation from Variant and Coinbase Ventures, among others.
